I am worried the photograph will be damaged in the post, how will the print be sent?

Images are mailed using strengthened packaging and are clearly marked with the words 'do not bend'.

Pictures are sent via Royal Mail, although dependent upon circumstances, Albion Images can deliver by hand.

How big are the prints that you offer?

Albion Images offer standard print sizes of 6 inch x 4 inch and 9 inch x 6 inch. We do however cater for larger
prints including 10x8, 12x8, 15x10, 18x12 and A4 through to A0 upon demand. Canvas sizes can also be offered
in a vast range of formats, so please do not hesitate contact us for more information.

Photographs on the website are not very clear. Will these be higher quality when I recieve them?

Yes. All the final photographs Albion Images print will be clearer, sharper and more colourful.

Can your photographs be printed in a larger/smaller size?

Albion Images will endeavour to reproduce the final images in any of the formats mentioned above upon request.

I do not have a password for the protected pages, how do I obtain this?

You can only obtain the password from the event organiser. This is for protection of the children in the pictures.

Albion Images will under no circumstances provide you with the password directly.

I cannot see the photographs from a particular event, when will they be online?

Usually images are posted with 3-4 days, but on occasion there maybe a delay of up to 1 week. If after this time
frame you still cannot find the images you are looking for, please contact us by email or telephone for advice.

How do I book Albion Images for an event I am organising?

The best way is to contact us by phone on 07727 661300 and ask for Richard or 07787 531117 and ask for Paul.

What does Albion Images charge for attending an event I am organising?

There is generally no fee. Albion Images work on the basis that enough prints will be sold to event attendees, that we rarely charge an attendance fee. The only time a booking fee might be appropriate is for events attended by less than 50 guests. Please contact us to discuss your requirements further.

Will the Albion Images Event Photographer be CRB checked?

Yes. Albion Images Event Photographers are CRB certified. Paul or Richard will be happy to provide their unique reference numbers for verification purposes upon request.
